Five Senses - Activities Preschool

The five senses to experience exciting, because we use them every day. Here are two activities a sense, help you to introduce your child to their impressive five senses.

Flashcards are a great way for your preschool child to use their term. You can create your own flashcards with cardboard paper, pencils and crayons. Draw pictures of animals, objects and people in general (eg a dog, a table and a letter carrier or child). Hold each card and ask your child toName of the object or person.

Another way to play with our sense of sight is the popular "I Spy" book series. Your preschooler will love to help you hunt for the products listed in the pages of the books'. A variant of well-known record of this game will change to suit one player pre-school. You can use your preschool child an object and describe it for you based on your appearance (for example: a ball, red, round and shiny it is).

Sound

Our ability to hearallows us to enjoy music, to communicate and stay safe.

"Name That Sound" is an exciting way to introduce different sounds for preschool children to learn how to identify them. Purchase or create a CD of sounds and playing to the public pre-school. Rain, horn, waves and sounds of the animals are very exciting. Ask the children to the sounds they hear as they hear the name.

The game with the tools is another fun activities for preschoolers.Will be listening to the sound mocks everyone. You can then ask "What kind of device it is and what it sounds?"

Smell

Play with the odors of any kind is a fun way to stimulate the senses.

Offer a variety of foods to smell and identify - with eyes closed! Or try scratch and sniff scents through books.

You can also create your own scented playdough at home by cooking pasta and adding different extracts, asPeppermint and vanilla. The child's love helps you, pasta is the smell (and delight by children trying to eat too!).

Touch

Young children love to touch things. How many times have you taken you ask your child not to touch something? These fun activities, you invite your preschool child to play touch.

Arrange bowls of products of different textures on a table. Some suggestions are pasta, water, sand, boiledPaper and cotton wool. Let your child feel in each bowl. Ask them what they feel and how you feel.

Texture on board is another great opportunity to pound preschoolers to play with moving. Take a trip to your local bookstore or library and choose books to read texture and feel together.

Taste

What better way is there to take the training through food?

Prepare small plates of food with taste bud stimulator.Bitter, sweet, sour and salty language are the most important senses. Some ideas are good to eat slices of lemon, crisps and sweets. Ask what everyone knows your child try them.

You can also try your child drinks at several different temperatures, such as hot and cold milk.

Continue to indicate if the child through the senses and you will know more of them!
